Welcome to the District 4 Medallion Awards! The Medallion Awards recognize outstanding achievement in design and communication at community and technical colleges within District 4. The winners will be announced during the NCMPR District 4 fall conference this fall.
ENTRY DEADLINES
Early Bird: July 29
Entries must be UPLOADED by 11:59 p.m. all time zones.
Final: August 10
Entries must be UPLOADED by 11:59 p.m. all time zones.

*Check payments may be sent to NCMPR after the early-bird deadline as long as an invoice has been generated in Open Water by July 29.
SUBMISSION CRITERIA
The creative effort/concept must have originated from a community or technical college or district or state governing organization for two-year colleges within District 1. Entries must be new designs that are published, broadcast, displayed and used between July 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026. All entries must be original, creative work without the use of templates that can be customized for individual college use. Contestants may submit as many entries in each category as desired. The same entry may not be submitted in two separate categories unless noted.
